The Odysseus program relies on RMS Group graduates, with a view to helping each future young graduate find their first job.

Student assistance from experienced graduates

At present, we have a list of over 250 mentors from the network of RMS Group graduates, holding a wide range of posts in all types of organizations both in France and abroad, who have all expressed a wish to be of assistance to our students and young graduates. Mentoring is entirely open-ended in as far as it seeks to supply entries and information to those looking for their first job:

- Discovery of a sector, activity, product or country,
- Awareness raising with regard to a post, sharing of experience through a network,
- Mentoring: CVs, advice, maintenance.
- An operation based on voluntary participation.
