 In compliance with our strategic objectives, and in implementation of the "Energies 2014" strategy plan, Reims Management School continues to expand its educational team (+30% in four years).
Today, RMS boasts a 90-strong teaching staff (tenured teachers, affiliated teachers and research assistants), and every year also calls upon the knowledge of hundreds of outside French and foreign contributors, all specialists well-known within their fields of expertise.
Covering the full range of management disciplines, RMS’s research professors are of varied geographical origin (almost twenty nationalities are represented) and are distinguished by the quality of their academic (over 70% have doctorates or PhDs) and professional backgrounds.
The research policy developed by RMS provides its research professors with a motivating setting ideal for development of their research activities, as is evident from their strong presence at national and international colloquia and their published work in the top journals.
As well-known researchers, they are naturally also committed to their educational mission, at the heart of which lies creation of courses and use of innovative educational tools (e-learning, case studies, simulations, etc.). Our Prize for Educational Innovation is awarded annually to one among them.
Recruitment of teachers is set to continue at a sustained pace during the years to come, ensuring RMS an ever increasing ability to fulfill its commitments to the letter.
