Our global responsibility
Our approach to global responsibility focuses on five main areas:

- To train responsible managers and citizens;
- To stimulate research on problems of global responsibility and to share this with companies;
- To remain open to more eco-friendly social and cultural practices;
- To encourage diversity in ours teams;
- To reduce the school’s ecological footprint.

The Reims Management School has always helped companies by creating innovative training programs and by reacting quickly to the new economic issues arising from globalisation. Indeed, the RMS has been committed to the concept of sustainable development since 2003. It offers a new vision of society for future managers and contributes to the construction of a new type of thinking where man is at a centre of a new paradigm.

Faced with the social and environmental challenges, the RMS’s own principal objective is to train responsible managers and citizens, aware of the problems threatening the planet today. Rich from the experience of promoting cultural diversity in our training and recruitment of students, the school has developed this notion as a source of innovation in all its projects and activities.

Upheld as one of the essential constituents of the school, diversity cannot be dissociated from the complimentary notions of sustainable development, ethics and corporate social responsibility. Over the past six years, the principles of global responsibility have become an integral part of our various missions: training, research, company partnerships, relations with stakeholders, campus management… Thus today it is through such varied and innovative actions that the RMS continues to practice and promote this responsible approach.

Our reports track the progress made in global responsibility over the last few years and shows the commitment to future projects fixing ambitious objectives on both the social and environmental level.
