Information for International Exchange Students (Incoming Students)
The IRO is committed to assisting you in making a smooth integration into life at RMS and in France:
- Welcome Days in September & January, where all administrative procedures are explained and visit of champagne cellar offered
- Housing assistance provided, with choice of living on campus or in the city centre. The city centre is a 10 minutes bus ride from the school, with buses every 10 minutes

IRO has prepared an International Students’ Guide to assist all international students in their smooth integration into life in Reims:

- French language & culture courses offered to all incoming students to enable you to enjoy daily life outside of the campus.
- The BDI (International Student Council) is an office of 20 elected student members and assists international students in general integration on-campus
Information for Students Going Abroad (Outgoing students)
- The IRO is structured by program and has a dedicated person to assist you in your preparation for your semester or double degree abroad in one of our partner schools. See contacts
- Students are selected based on their academic performance and on the language requirements necessary for the study period abroad
- We provide you with as much information as possible on partner schools and countries and we assist you with your registration and application procedures

All courses taken abroad must be approved before by the Director of Studies of the relevant program in order to validate credits for courses taken abroad
