Research Policy

The research policy is part of the RMS Group’s general strategy and its mission is organized as a sub-heading to the School’s mission for the 2009-2014 period. In addition to continuing the development plan set out for 2003-2010, it recommends a few major changes. These involve meeting new objectives arising from the School’s standing, requirements concerning accreditations, rankings and higher education in management which is becoming increasingly competitive and now has an international playing field.

Overall, the research policy concerns:

- supervising and supporting the research activities of RMS lecturers;
- continuing education in research;
- taking part in conferences, congresses and national and international symposia;
- forging partnerships with external research laboratories;
- organizing congresses and symposia at RMS;
- supporting professors who are doing a PhD or obtaining a research supervision accreditation;
- bringing together networks and research production resources;
- the contribution of permanent part-time professors and guest professors to research.
