In order to offer the best level of support to students in their approach to vocational integration, RMS has set up the International Career Center within which each RMS student has permanent access to 5 careers advisors as well as external consultants.
Permanent professional members of RMS staff are there to support you throughout your course.
During your time as an RMS student, 5 Careers Advisors who are specialized by school and by geographical area are permanently available at RMS, and support you throughout your course to help you put together your career plan.
Support is based on the specific expectations of individual students, who are helped to consider, put together, and implement their career plans.
You can meet Careers Advisors as part of lectures (which are part of the overall course and offered in collaboration with the Department of Personal Development of the RMS teaching body), in workshops, and also at one-to-one meetings.
Whether your career plan is focussed on France or further afield, the Careers Advisors are here to respond to your needs.

External professionals with whom to discuss one’s career plan
Consultants from recruitment-advice firms:
Each year, RMS offers you weekly Thursday workshops to help in looking for placements and jobs, in order to support you in your approach to professional integration. The purpose of these workshops is to help you to formalize your career plan and build the support that you use to look for a placement, an apprenticeship, or a job. These workshops are held in several languages based on the topics covered. In order to maintain the quality of exchanges, the number of participants per workshop is limited to 20 (more information)
RMS graduates and the ODYSSEUS Program:
ODYSSEUS is a program aimed at future and recent RMS graduates. It aims to support each of you in your search for a placement, an apprenticeship, or your first job. This coaching is done by a graduate who left the school some years ago. In this way, many hundreds of graduate coaches drawn from all types of roles in all types of structures in France and abroad are ready to give of their time and their help to you and for your career plan.
This coaching is entirely free form, in the sense that it enables you to receive guidance and information when looking for a placement, an apprenticeship, or your first job:
- getting to know a sector, an activity, a product, or a country
- awareness of a role, sharing experiences through a network
- Coaching: résumé, advice, interview (more information)
